Situated in a quiet area just outside the Town , although still within easy walking distance to it and other amenities like the House of Marbles and the outside swimming pool We are right next to the Granite Tramway bridle path and close to the edge of Dartmoor for fantastic walks or cycle rides. There are 2 double bedrooms available with a shared bathroom. £40 per night for single occupancy , £80 per room per night for 2 people. A home made evening meal is available with prior notification
Part of the home and work place of Artist and Flag maker Bridget Arnold. It is a unique, quirky B & B and very much a home from home.
Textile workshops are run in the artists studio, Sun Printing ,Flag making and Silk Painting for small groups can be booked alongside staying in the B & B with new workshops for 2019 of Lamp Shade making with sun printed material
There are now 2 double rooms one overlooking the front garden of the close and one overlooking the rear garden.
There is a shared bathroom with shower and bath.
During the summer months , the secluded rear patio area can be used for eating alfresco when the weather is suitable.
Breakfast is made from local produce and fairtrade refreshments. with our own home made Bread and Shaptor Studio Marmalade.
A home made evening meal at £15 per person can be available by booking in advance and notification of any dietary requirements.
Single occupancy is £40 per person per night, A double room is £80 per night for 2 people
There is a non refundable deposit of £20 per person on return of a booking form.
