 I’m a fully qualified deep tissue massage therapist and Pilates teacher. I am an experienced therapist providing high quality assessments and treatments helping to address pain and discomfort and the issues causing this, be it from historic or recent injury or long term postural imbalances caused through daily wear and tear.

My massage treatments use a range of soft tissue therapy techniques and assessment approaches to help alleviate pain. Through identifying and addressing the issues causing the discomfort, the treatment provided at Motion Therapy Studio takes a whole-body approach; often pain felt within one area is related to issues within other areas of the body.
I work with you to develop a good understanding of these issues and use a range of assessment techniques to create the best treatment plan to restore balance and strength back into your body. I will also review and adapt the treatment throughout in response to the changes effected.

I also provide Pilates one to one sessions and classes, I am a passionate teacher and work with you to help address any issues in the body through the use of Pilates techniques. Pilates is effective in improving core strength, general flexibility and stamina and works well with any level of fitness.


Whether you want to deal with a specific injury and rehabilitation, prevent injury and condition your body for specific performance or just to relax and unwind. Motion Therapy Studio can help to achieve this. My aim is to create a calm and relaxing enviornment both in my one to one treatments and my classes, enabling you to move forward with your own health and wellbeing.
