Cyanotype is a primitive form of Photography using 2 Chemicals that when mixed together
become Sun sensitive.
It has been used to record Plants and Algae by Anna Atkins in the 1840's the pioneer Woman Photographer
Bridget uses now to capture plants and Algae onto to paper and Textiles
She makes cards, prints, Handmade Books and bespoke Lampshades
There are workshops available in her Studio and Garden , during the Summer Cyanotype Workshops
where you get to experiment with Sun Printing, various techniques on paper and Textiles.
All year round she runs Cyanotype Lampshade Making workshops
You design and make your own piece of material in the morning , then after lunch turn it into a Lampshade
