A week of events over the summer holidays, Picnic in the Park - Saturday 29th July, Mill Marsh Park - 4pm-10pm - Live music event with catering stalls, bar, funlands fun fair and a chance to win £200 in our Picnic raffle. Car Quest - Sunday 30th July - Register a car/team for £10 between 11am-2pm at Station Road car park. Travel around the countryside using the clues supplied. To be in the running for this years winning team and to get the trophy, forms must be submitted by 5pm. If you aren't in it for competition, you're welcome to purchase the clues and do it in your own time. Prize Bingo! - Monday 31st July - Function Room - Dolphin Hotel - Doors Open 6.30pm Eyes Down - 7pm. Books and Dabbers available for purchase on the night. Plus raffle! Quiz 'n' Chips - Tuesday 1st August - Function Room - Dolphin Hotel - Doors open 7pm - Quiz begins 7.30pm. Teams of up to 4. £10 per team. Come with your team name and pen! 10 Rounds of 10 questions with a break for chips (kindly supplied by the team a the dolphin) and refreshments if you want. Also has raffle. Family Sports Night - Wednesday 2nd August - Bovey Tracey AFC (Mill Marsh) 6pm. A night of family fun and games traditional races and much more. Kindly organised by Jacqui Gourlay The 5k Fun Run - Friday 4th August - Mill Marsh Park - Fancy dress optional! Pre-registration (and route) available on the tab on the website and registration on the day is limited to 20. Energy bar and water available after run. All ages and abilities welcome. Carnival Procession and Fireworks - Saturday 5th August - (Begins From Dartmoor Whiskey Distillery) Fireworks in Mill Marsh Park. Entries from anybody and everybody accepted. Completely free to join! Judging from 4.30pm at the distillery/queue. Entry forms and full route included on the website. Face Painter will also be in town. Grand Summer Fete - Sunday 6th August - 10am-4pm - Mill Marsh Park. Stalls Galore, Catering Vehicles, Tug of War, Demonstrations and much more. (Free Entry!) We will also have our Scarecrow, Window and Misplaced Articles competitions happening for the whole week!
