Bovey Paradiso

Bovey Tracey Paradiso Arts Ltd. is a vibrant and inclusive Community Benefit Society with over 400 Members who own community shares, representing a total of around 600 stakeholders. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the community share owners, donors, and volunteers for their invaluable contributions in making this project a reality.
We aim to establish a dynamic community arts and entertainment centre in Bovey Tracey. We've revitalised the 16th-century King of Prussia Public House at the top end of Fore Street, transforming it into a cultural hub featuring an art gallery, four artists' studios, and a 10-person meeting room. We invite you to visit our gallery, which regularly showcases changing exhibitions and hosts workshops, readings, poetry sessions, and social events.
Our construction efforts are in full swing, and we're excited to share that an auditorium and a garden café-restaurant are on the horizon. This ambitious project, which began in 2016, is on track to unveil the catering area in Autumn 2024 and a Cinema/Theatre and performance space in Spring 2025. This is a significant milestone in our journey, marking the end of a challenging development phase and the birth of a stunning new arts venue in Bovey Tracey.
As we near the completion of our construction, Bovey Paradiso is actively involving the community through a diverse range of events. From movie nights and music events to poetry sessions and guest speakers, we're fostering a sense of community both within the town and beyond.
